Remove spaces between words in excel

I faced this problem when I had to correct the excel sheet of emails. There was empty spaces on left or right of emails.


To remove all spaces of records in:
-Select all the cells in your column
-Select Ctrl+H to open the Replace dialog
--Find what: Press space>
--Replace with:. dont put any thing there.
--Replace All

Empty spaces will be removed and data will be clean
